Property developers Prologis has appointed Hollywood Monster to provide a range of services and products at a West Midlands multi-million pound regeneration site.

The Birmingham-based signs company is handling design concepts, engineering, planning, project management and installation of signage at the 98-acre high quality business park development at Ryton, Coventry.

Tim Andrews, managing director of Hollywood Monster, said, ‘Prologis is one of the leading real estate developers and the site at Ryton is impressive in terms of quality, scale and the opportunities it presents major companies.

‘We are delighted to be appointed to provide a wide range of services and products, demonstrating the expertise and capability our team here has particularly, in this instance, in steel supported signs on a very large scale. Here at Hollywood Monster we see this contract as a positive sign that the property industry is moving in the right direction at last.’

The company has invested heavily in printing technology enabling it to produce enormous banners and advertising hoardings at high-profile sites including sports stadiums, festivals, rock and pop concerts, shopping centres and property developments.

Prologis, the global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, has already completed distribution centres for Network Rail and Hi Logistics, a subsidiary of LG Electronics, and the company is now on site with three further buildings including a new mail sorting facility and head office for UK Mail.
