MBO has upgraded the performance of its K8 Perfection buckle folding machine so that it is now capable of operating at up to 270 metres per minute.
The upgrade to K8 Perfection ‘RS’, the folder’s faster speed, will enhance production capabilities whilst keeping the machines quality high.
Available through Friedheim International, the unit features the Navigator touch screen control for safe transportation of sheets and easy handling, the Vacuknife folding knife for the smallest possible sheet gaps and the MWK slitter shaft cassette for short set-up times
This Navigator touch screen contains software that prevents operating errors, and according to the company the sheet control monitoring guarantees safe production from the feeder to the delivery.
The open cross and threefold section, and the waste paper ejector make the K8 Perfection ‘RS’ user friendly and an ideal partner for standard production, as well as for the production of time-consuming and complex products.
