Adding to its portfolio, Binding Store has been appointed as the sole UK distributor for the Tauler range of thermal laminators.
Spanish company Tauler is a family business that has specialised in the design and manufacture of high quality laminating machinery for over 45 years.

The range includes semi-automatic and fully automatic models. The B3 Smart, PrintLam Smart and the SmartMatic are 52 cm thermal laminating machines that are extremely compact and designed for use by a single operator. The machines operate at up to 7 m/min, 15 m/min and 20 m/min respectively, and are ideally suited to medium and small run applications in copy shops, in-plant print departments, digital and offset printers.
The PrintLam Smart and SmartMatic 52 feature an oil filled heating cylinder which provides low maintenance and better heat retention and stability than water filled or electrical element systems- this is important for providing consistent high quality lamination.
The main pressure roller can be run at up to 6 bar of pressure and is adjustable to suit any kind of substrate, again another very important factor that is often overlooked. A highly effective de-curling system to ensure flat sheets of thinner paper stocks and an automatic abrasive scissor-roller sheet separation system are standard features ensuring consistent separation of the sheets and eliminating the risk of creasing in thinner stocks.
