LumeJet’s S200 printer
LumeJet has joined with Transeo Media and Ashgate to show a complete high-end web to finished book production at an open day on 11-12 February 2014.
Visitors to the LumeJet headquarters in Coventry will see a complete workflow, comprising of the Taopix download and HTML5-based online designer solution driving output to a LumeJet S200 printer, and book finishing on the Fastbind range of equipment.
A variety of products will be produced live during the event including pitch books, marketing material, corporate giveaways and limited edition image books.
‘It is always good to see top end technology working together to deliver a complete print business solution,’ said Miles Bentley, LumeJet’s commercial director. ‘Combining our expertise we are offering organisations the opportunity to deliver a brand new high-end service to their customers.’

The S200 takes 305 mm photographic roll paper for page sizes up to A3 landscape double-page spread, full bleed, including trim (1000 x 305 mm maximum), ideal for lay flat books. Using RGB colourspace, it is ICC profiled and achieves amazing colour fidelity, including hard-to-print Pantone spot colours like Reflex Blue, neons, metallics and pastels, not to mention flawless solid black.
