The Inca Onset S40i with white ink is ideal for a range of POS display graphics.
Fujifilm has announced a new version of its Inca Onset S40i large format flatbed UV inkjet printer, this one equipped with a double white ink capability, and available immediately.
The ability to print white quickly and cost effectively makes the new model ideal for backlit/frontlit and double-sided day/night POS display graphics, where printing high opacity white as a base, spot colour or top layer is important.
Throughput on the system is up to 560 square metres per hour (although this is CMYK-only), onto substrates up to 50 mm thick. The inks are Fujifilm’s Uvijet OZ ink system, which the company claims has excellent colour gamut, adhesion and finishing properties. The machine also features a choice of uni-directional, bi-directional and super high quality print modes for specific job requirements.
