The new Eurofold TCF-375
Duplo will use a three day open house at its Surrey showroom on June 18, 2013, to launch its new Eurofold TCF-375 crease, fold and perforating system.
As well as creasing and folding, the TCF-375 is capable of stop-perforating in two directions, enabling the production of complex promotional and direct mail applications in one process.
The machine is essentially a Eurofold CF-375 creaser/folder connected directly to the Eurofold CP-375 creaser/perforator. It has four individually controllable perforating heads to perforate along the sheet, enabling complex on/off/on perforating without the need for a cylinder. The machine can be programmed in a matter of minutes and runs at up to 5000 sheets per hour depending on the number of operations required on each sheet.
The company will be showing the machine at its horse racing themed Finishing Firstopen days from June 18-20 in Addlestone, Surrey. It has partnered with finishing equipment providers Renz and Vivid to give visitors the opportunity to see a wide variety of post-press equipment under one roof.
Marc Legge, marketing manager, explained, ‘It is expensive for printers to be out of the office so we like to host events like this to give them maximum value for their time. We will have 40 different finishing solutions on show in a relaxed environment where we can discuss and match products to business needs. These events are there to help printers to work efficiently, plan for the future and keep up to date with new technology.’
