Giant Italian trade and web to print operation Pixartprintinghas started to offer a new decorative accessory for shops, exhibitions, offices, events and houses:modular photo canvas prints.
These enables the subdivision of images and their reproduction on various media of different shapes and sizes, placed side by side like a mosaic. Once placed on the wall, the composite image can take the shape of a square, a rectangle, or be positioned like a pyramid. From one up to six modules are possible, allowing for a multitude of combinations.
The panels are Canvas effect, in Kapatex or Kapaplast, and are available in various sizes, from a single 20 x 20 cm to a modular 173 x 100 cm. Compositions are delivered fully assembled and can be mounted easily on walls by adhesive. Pixartprinting produces the canvas prints on its fleet ofDurst P10presses – the company has the largest installation worldwide – resulting in ‘razor-sharp details and amazing colour shades’ it said.
Available in the wide format section of its website, the photo canvas prints have recently been the subject of a 78 hour promotion on the company’s Facebook page, with ‘great success’.
