At Hunkeler Innovationdays, Friedheim International’s finishing partners will display a range of equipment.
From Bograma, visitors can see the Servo 550, which allows users to get from roll to printed and die cut flat blank.
The machine uses a combination of CMYK inkjet print (two supplementary colours are possible) from Atlantic Suisse Tec and on to finishing on the BSR 550 Servo from Bograma. Benefits include quick set up times, easy job handling, flexible die changes and enhanced productivity.
An inserting line from Herzog & Heymann will also be shown with a Pfankuch friction feeder (this will be shown on the Gramag booth).
The Wohlenberg Quickmax perfect binder, again on the Gramag booth, with show its benefits, which include automated perfect binding with in line product infeed. The line can be linked with a gathering machine and/or book block conveyor/feeder or a loose leaf feeder/directly with a digital printer.
Automated product delivery via a cassette delivery system also allows the option to connect directly with a three knife trimmer if required.
Kama’s Procut 74 folder gluer will also be at the show. This machine is ideal for producing presentation folders and other marketing material and combines in line gluing for boxes with a folding facility for mailings.
During the Innovationdays, Kama will show a book binding workflow.
