Tech-ni-Fold has produced three short videos of the latest CreaseStream products, showing the new red, yellow and blue colour coded design.
Standard: this is a simple hand turning creasing/perforating unit that can process over 1000 sheets per hour, which is designed to replace push down handle creasers that are often tricky to set up.
Quick-feed: The company has added a feeder to this version, so now users can keep loading sheets and churn through over 3000 sheets per hour. You will notice how consistent the feeding is, because a special sheet separator has been developed that will easily process stock weights from 65 to 400 g/m2, without scuffing or marking the substrate.
Auto-feed: Not only has Tech-ni-Fold added the feeder to this version, it has also included a motor to make it into a fully automatic solution that produces just over 4000 sheets per hour.
