OKI Systems (UK) has appointed six sales people to boost its business development.
Tony Smith will become head of end user sales. He has held several senior roles at HP. Both Charlotte Wall and Ros Nyman join as end user account managers. Ms Wall has previously worked for HP and Brother, both rival printer develpers. Ms Nyman has spent the last 10 years working for print companies such as Epson UK.
Trina Harrington and Melanie Abiodun are new direct market reseller account managers, who between them have experience in managing reseller sales for Brother, Canon and HP.
Phil Bushby and Fran Casella both join as reseller account managers to look after platinum partners as well as regional accounts. Prior to this they worked for firms such as HP, Brother, Ingram Micro and Asus.
In addition to the new starters, Simon Tetlow has been promoted to head of channel and Matt Ruskin has stepped up to take on the role of head of DMR business.
* OKI’s recently moved its UK operations from its premises on Dundee Road, Slough to new modern offices at Blays House, Egham, to cater for its expanding workforce.
