Christian Korte has been appointed to the newly created position of senior vice president sales at packaging and pre-press systems developer Esko.
He will oversee sales, marketing and service activities worldwide, with a focus on extending reach into new segments at existing customers, and in adjacent markets.

Mr Korte was formerly president of the Dairy Business Unit at German packaging specialist Oystar Holding. He was also managing director of the consumer division of German packaging group Optima, where he began as a product manager.
