Inspire HybridMail is a new mail management and automation software system from GMC Software Technology, shown at last week’s Post-Expo exhibition in Brussels.

It a web-based software solution that collects ad-hoc desktop correspondence created by individuals. It then consolidates, sorts and securely sends the correspondence to the businesses’ chosen service provider or any centralised production facility to be printed and posted. The system tracks exactly where every mail is in the mailing process, reporting the status back to the user and providing management with reports detailing cost saving, volume printed, undelivered items etc.

According to Zbyněk Hodic, chief technical officer of GMC: ‘The manual process for mailing unstructured documents is costing enterprises millions every year. Inspire HybridMail provides the answer to a more controlled mailing process that allows staff to be more productive and businesses to reduce mailing costs by 60%.’
