Rotherham based quick printer John Brailsford has installed a Xerox 770 digital colour press. The company has two quick print branches and its 16 employees have served the area for over 25 years.
‘We already have tried and tested Xerox equipment at our branches in Rotherham and Barnsley and the 770 ticked all the boxes once again,’ said director John Brailsford. ‘The 770 will be used to expand our in by 11 and out same day printing service which is proving extremely popular, without having to fight the competitive price war. The 770 is the first installation in South Yorkshire.’
The new toner press joins a Presstek 52DI digitally imaged offset press installed two years ago, producing a similar matt offset look on the same stocks. The Xerox machine will free up the Presstek to take on more longer run and multipage work.
