Following a successful inaugural running of its Interact Europe event last year – aimed at users of its ProcessDirector workflow software – Ricoh has announced the dates for a 2018 event along similar lines, taking place at its European Customer Experience Centre (CEC) in Telford from 27 to 29 November.
The event is designed to provide educational content and networking opportunities, and to encourage user feedback for Ricoh to consider in future product development.
Eef de Ridder, vice president for commercial printing within Ricoh’s Commercial and Industrial Printing Group, said that attendees in 2017 were able to return to their companies ‘with new insight and knowledge that enhanced their efficiency and productivity’. He added: ‘We look forward to another mutually rewarding event this year where the latest updates, created following astute user feedback, will be among the key topics discussed.’
Among the sessions for the 2018 event that have been announced are a top 10 highlights of Ricoh ProcessDirector (RPD), a review of workflows for complex print scenarios, a ‘did you know RPD could…?’ session, technical advice on planning an RPD upgrade, making RPD data work for you, tracking document production, an Ask the Expert panel, and a tour of the CEC.
