Experienced HP engineer Stuart McBride leads Atlantic Tech Services’ new HP service division.
Essex-based Atlantic Tech Services is expanding national support for both HP and Mimaki solvent and latex wide format printers, following the recruitment of two highly experienced, manufacturer-trained engineers.
Stuart McBride is to head Atlantic’s newly-formed HP service division. Formerly of Art Systems, Mr McBride has many years of working with all the HP Latex and FB ranges of printers to call upon. The HP service division will offer time and materials support and an annual service contract nationally.
On the Mimaki side, Graham Harvey will focus on the development of service and support for these systems, and will mainly support the firm’s growing number of contract customers in the Midlands and north of the UK. He has extensive experience on JV, CJV, UJF and JFX printers by Mimaki.
Atlantic currently offers national service and support, with a dedicated help desk, one-hour telephone response, eight-hour on-site support and media print head protection for contract customers. It has also recently launched a new and extended website at www.atlantic-ts.com.
