Intelligent Finishing Systems (IFS) has promoted Gareth Read to technical services manager, effective from 1 June 2019.
Mr Read joined IFS in 2013 as technical specialist and later took on the role of service engineer. In his new position he will be responsible for developing a range of technical services from preventative maintenance visits to operator training as well as regular callout and breakdown cover.
‘We are delighted to be able to promote from within and Gareth has consistently shown himself to be knowledgeable and hardworking as well as a great ambassador for IFS,’ said managing director Bryan Godwyn.
‘Gareth has succeeded in every discipline he has worked in and we are confident that he will help drive ongoing improvements in our technical services department focusing on delivering an enhanced customer experience.
