Intec Printing Solutions has launched the second generation of the FB8000PRO, its automated digital cutting system.
The Poole-based company said the new ColorCut FB8000 Generation 2 delivers greater media control, flexibility and productivity than its predecessor.
Alongside all the features of the first generation system, the Generation 2 comes with intelligent cutting algorithms which enable it to operate 40% faster, an auto-sheet feeder capable of stacking up to 2000 sheets and a touch screen control panel.
Other features of the new system include a pneumatic control console, ColorCut Pro3 software and enhanced media handling, enabling users to enjoy a wider range of media options as well as increased size of 500 x 700mm in manual handling.
