MBO has announced the launch of its next generation of Vacustar feeder head, in a move it has said will help users increase their productivity.
The company added that the upgraded feeder heads, available in the UK through distributor Friedheim International, will simplify the transfer of heavy paper from the pile feeder to the folding machine. The paper suction systems are now operated by vacuum alone, which makes control of the sheet infeed more accurate, while the sheets can also now be separated more precisely.
The number of wear and tear parts can also now be reduced thanks to a simplified design, while further advantages include precise separation of heavy sheets, up to 60,000 cycles an hour and automatic height adjustment at the rear of the stack.
The Vacustar feeder head conversion is suitable for use with the T500, T520, T530, T535 buckle fold machines, as well as the K530 and K760 combi folding machines.
