Carton board, graphical board and paper stockist Warren is taking steps to support the healthcare system and the wider community during the ongoing Coronavirus crisis.
The company, which operates from sites in Leicestershire and West Bromwich, has put one of its 12,000sqft warehouses at the NHS’ disposal and is also offering its customers free paper to help them get through the period.
The offer includes its 75gsm copy paper, Charta and its white digital colour copy paper, the 160gsm DCP Digital.
A statement from the company read:
‘It’s at times like these that we only properly understand what is and isn’t important. Concern for that next order or desire to maximise profit are really put into context by the heroic actions, the sacrifices, the suffering and the inspirational stories we now witness on a daily basis – it truly is humbling.
‘Whilst it’s important we all have fully functioning businesses to return to when some sort of normality returns, equally we must also ensure the correct balance is struck in the interim period.
‘We at Warren are trying to do our little bit to support our community, our customers and their families.
‘We look forward to that time when we’re all through this together. In the meantime, we wish you, your families and your businesses all the very best.’
