Infigo Software, one of digital print’s leading web-to-print developers, has unveiled a completely new brand as it looks to build on continued growth in customers buying print online.
The company, now known simply as Infigo, says that it used the pandemic period as ‘an opportunity to assess where we are as a business – particularly how far we have come over the last decade and our vision for the future.’
As a result Infigo has launched a new brand, a new website and a raft of improvements to its core web-to-print platform. The company said that it feels that ‘this new identity perfectly encapsulates the solid foundations we have built over the last 10 years and our dedication to bringing powerful yet simple-to-use web-to-print technology to even more print businesses.’
Infigo CEO Douglas Gibson commented, ‘It’s been a challenging year for all of us but the impact of the pandemic and the accelerated adoption of e-commerce and web-to-print has meant we have never been busier. Since we launched back in 2010, we have grown considerably and needed to get our brand aligned to who we are now.
‘As our partners and clients know, we are constantly pushing the envelope and have built a very solid base for the future. In short, we are here to stay. This is not just a new logo. It’s a completely new brand, which includes reinforcing our mission, vision and values which we practice within the business day in, day-out.’
On the product development side, Infigo has enhanced its core platform, restructuring the interface to simplify the user experience and make way for what the company is calling ‘exciting upcoming features,’ as well as developing new modules.
There is Infigo Insights, which is in the process of being rolled out, a new reporting engine that gives users up-to-the-second insight on everything from income generated from specific clients to the most profitable products and regions. Powered by Metabase, it allows users to create custom reports and dashboards to understand business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Launching soon is Infigo Invent, designed to make it easier to build product templates on the storefront. Mr Gibson explained, ‘We’re particularly excited about Invent, our new InDesign plugin. The tool massively speeds up the template creation process. Rather than building out a template in the browser from scratch, customers can create it in InDesign and import it to their Infigo storefront. From our testing, this is going to help save about 70 to 80% of the time it currently takes to set up a template.’
