Direct marketing specialist Go Inspire Solutions has invested in new equipment to support its growth and to develop both transactional and marketing communications services for clients that include recent wins such as BT, adding a further Böwe Fusion Speed and Böwe Fusion Cross inserters, as well as a new Mail Consolidator.
This brings Go Inspire’s total investment this year to over £4 million, with almost £2 million dedicated to boosting its enclosing capacity, and over £2 million invested in upgrades to digital printing equipment. The Böwe Fusion Series accommodates a variety of envelope formats and complex enclosures, which can be handled ‘non-stop in an extremely stable and reliable production flow’.
The Fusion Speed is the first inserting machine of its kind in the UK and will allow the business to enclose a further 30,000 envelopes per hour. The machine has already been installed, and will be followed by the installation of a new Böwe Fusion-X to complement the existing two lines, adding a further 24,000 packs per hour to Go Inspire’s enclosing capacity. The Mail Consolidator is expected to be operational by the end of 2021.
Go Inspire Solutions managing director Nick Cole commented, ‘We’re delighted to be seeing consistent growth at Go Inspire but we want to be sure that we can reliably deliver for all of our clients, and keep up with the pace of their requirements. With this investment, we’re well placed to support our existing and new clients with their direct market and transactional communications needs, across a wide range of formats and enclosures.’
‘Transactional communications need to be intelligent, accurate and timely to get the message across, but also offer our clients efficiencies and economies. In addition, direct mail remains an excellent marketing channel and performs exceptionally well compared to other channels in generating incremental revenue for our clients. It’s a must for every marketer and we’re pleased to have increased our capacity in this area.’
Böwe’s Intralogistics division has also introduced Pouch Sorter system for providing automated access to single items for assembling multi-part orders in e-commerce and omni-channel retail. As well as paper, printed and personalised products, it can be used with flat or hanging garments by the overhead conveyor system, which minimises floorspace in packing and shipping areas.
