Fedrigoni UK is commemorating the one year anniversary of its self-adhesive bespoke sheeting service, rewarding customers with a £50 or £100 credit note on orders over £500 or £1000 for its vellum and machine coated semi-gloss self-adhesive products.
The company’s sheeting service allows printers to order sheets in specific sizes as well as B1 and SRA1 sheets, reducing waste and improving manufacturing efficiencies, something Fedrigoni says is unique.
Ian Braithwaite, Fedrigoni UK’s commercial manager, commented, ‘We see a number of benefits in this service for printers, with the ability for B1 printers to order and run a full sheet size, whilst a bespoke sheet size saves time in your finishing department with less trimming. Furthermore, the supply as bulk packed sheets instead of the traditional ream or carton packaging reduces waste and improves efficiency in the print room.’
The wider Fedrigoni Group claims to be the world’s third largest producer for self-adhesive materials, with its growth fuelled by the recent acquisitions of Rimark and Acucote, and now operates nine production plants globally. The company is also a leading player in the world of wine labelling and plays a major role in high-tech self-adhesive labels and films for food, household, logistics, pharmaceuticals, beverages and personal care.
