Agfa has appointed Paul Fitch as its new head of inkjet for the UK and Ireland. Mr Fitch, who joined the company in 2018 as regional sales manager south, replaces Bobby Grauf, who is leaving to pursue a new career opportunity in Europe.
‘I am honoured and excited to accept this new challenge,’ Mr Fitch commented. ‘Agfa’s global growth strategy for digital printing is extremely ambitious, and the UK and Ireland are at the forefront of this drive. Recent investment in an accessible showroom facility in Rugby, Warwickshire, has been a positive step forward in taking Agfa’s inkjet solution closer to our customers and my aim is to build upon our success to date and further expand our local presence.’
Vincent Wille, Agfa’s president of digital print and chemicals, added, ‘We are very proud to have our inkjet printing solutions rewarded once again with this mark of quality and innovation. Our investment in digital printing is substantial, and with Paul on board to lead the UK & Ireland, we will further invest in people and infrastructure to reach our goals.’
