Elliott Baxter & Company (EBB) has acquired Broadgate Paper as of January 2024, with the cut-size paper business to become part of the EBB Office & Paper division based at that latter’s Thurrock, Essex site.
Broadgate Paper served City of London companies, in addition to schools in Essex and Kent. The business was established by in 1998 by Paul Rossiter and he and his son Ben joined the EBB Office team at the start of January 2024.
Chris Sandwell, sales & marketing Director for EBB, said, ‘We are delighted to have completed the acquisition of Broadgate. We have known Paul for a long time and believe his customer focus and high degree of service at Broadgate fits ideally into the EBB Office strategy. With a larger portfolio and increased distribution area we believed we can grow the Broadgate sales.’
